Hard Surface Cleaning

Granite

We deep clean your surface using a natural stone cleaning agent. We recommend sealing the entire surface after cleaning, since granite, like all natural stones, is porous and will absorb dirt and other particles if left unsealed, causing your surface to look dirty even after conventional mopping. A special polishing process is also available. We also clean and seal granite counter tops!

Marble

We offer deep cleaning as well as a marble restoration process. For damaged surfaces, we use a multi-stage wet sanding technique to remove scratches and restore the "mirror effect" of new marble to your surface. For dirty but undamaged surfaces we use a natural stone cleaner and our high-power buffing machine to get your marble as clean as possible. We recommend sealing the entire surface after cleaning, since marble, like all natural stones, is porous and will absorb dirt and other particles if left unsealed, causing your surface to look dirty even after conventional mopping.

Travertine and Limestone

We offer a deep-cleaning process as well as a surface enhancement process for travertine and limestone surfaces. To clean your surface, we apply a special natural-stone cleaning solution and use our buffer pads to remove grease and dirt. We recommend sealing the entire surface after cleaning, since travertine and limestone, like all natural stones, are porous and will absorb dirt and other particles if left unsealed, causing your surface to look dirty even after conventional mopping.

We can also alter the tone of your travertine or limestone with special buffing techniques designed to enhance the shininess of dull surfaces.

Tile & Grout Cleaning & Sealing

Ceramic and Porcelain Tile

First we apply a cleaning solution to your tile’s surface and agitate with special tile and grout brushes by hand. We choose from a variety of cleaning agents, using the products that best fit your tile’s condition. After a thorough scrubbing, we use a high-pressure steam-cleaning machine to extract dirt and residue, leaving your surface as clean as possible. All surfaces will be left dry.

On a tile surface, only the grout should be sealed, since ceramic and porcelain tiles are non-porous and do not absorb dirt and other particles. The customer can choose between water-based sealants and solvent-based sealants, both of which protect against future staining and absorption. All sealants will be dry within an hour after application.
